For anyone who is out there suffering from mental illness, who is in a dark place – please know there is help out there. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. You can get through this, and you will get through this. Ignore the people, the media, and the stereotypes that suggest that you can and should figure it out all by yourself – reach out for help. Your life has meaning and purpose. It will get better, it always does. You will thrive.
